Great Accommodation Deal and Beautiful Grounds

Spent Easter holidays at a resort near the best attractions Gold Coast has to offer. My family felt blessed as we were offered a premier 4 person cabin at a very good discount. We enjoyed a beautiful tropical environment full of different kinds of birds, stunning pools, and kid-friendly playgrounds.

Our enjoyment was marred by the poor quality of the accommodation. It was dirty and uncomfortable with many facilities not working properly.

We had a great time at this hotel! The activities for kids were outstanding, including Halloween disco, face painting, and animal encounters. The staff were professional and friendly despite dealing with a rude visitor. The location is convenient to attractions and shopping centers.

Great for couples on a budget. Close to shopping center and fast food chains. The pool is nice to chill even though it's small.

The room was small and stuffy with outdated decor. The bathroom had a moldy smell. There were no elevators so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Noisy in the morning with kids running around.

We had a fantastic family holiday with plenty of activities and facilities to keep everyone entertained. The location was convenient and just a short distance from shops and other popular Gold Coast attractions. Our spacious and clean room, complete with spa bath and balcony, offered stunning views of the surrounding nature. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel like a home away from home.

We found it confusing and misleading when having to pay extra per person upon check-in, even though the room didn't provide the necessary amenities for all paid guests.

The kid-friendly activities were a hit, with professional acts entertaining the little ones. this hotel was a breath of fresh air and the perfect choice for my family with three young kids.
